Please join us to discuss the post-mortem planning involved when dealing with transitioning a private business to the next generation. Vern Fischer and Mike Thompson will discuss the key elements required to ensure that a post-mortem plan covers the successful transitioning of the business while Todd Coleman will review the pitfalls that will ensue without proper succession planning in place. This interactive session will involve discussion surrounding some practical case studies to review.
